Two-thousand n' Eight is already shaping up to be a great year!
In less than four months now I will be a married man. Wedding plans are going really smoothly. It's weird cause you always see and hear of these people that pull all their hair out while trying to plan a wedding. So far it's been clear sailing all the way to May 17th.

Recently I was lucky enough to spend some time with my good buddy Brian Crofton. He was in town with his girl and we had a few beer and played the "catch-up" game. You may remember Brian as being instrumental in some of the songs I've recorded (Up The Pooper, Raining In June, Pregnant Chicks Are Hot, Mayonnaise Is Stupid) and I really hope he can contribute to my next CD too.

That brings us to the new album. I've been getting lots of questions lately about it, and all I can say is two songs are fully recorded. As soon as Johnny San and I can decide to sit down and make music rather than sitting down and watching The Birminator (or is it Birmator....?) show his painting skills off, we'll record some more brilliant musical debauchery. Just call us lazy. We don't mind. The two songs I've already mentioned are called Kinda Wanna Order A Pizza and Eat Shit And Die, and now that I see those titles next to each other for the first time I should probably point out that there is no relation between them. I've also been asked if Undercover Santa and My Banana Tree (from last summer's Fan Appreciation Day) will be on the album, and there's a very good chance I'll put them on there for good measure.

I'd like to take a moment to thank Jen and Kevin for being the greatest people to ever walk the face of Kentucky. And more than that, because of them I now own a Steven Tyler Signature Series Harmonica. When Amazon wouldn't ship the little instrument to Canada, J & K went out of their way (tee hee, that rhymes) to not only buy the harmonica and send it to me, but trust that I would send them the money for it. As most of you already know, I'm a huge Aerosmith fan, and doing something this nice for me is darn near as important as donating blood to me should I ever need it. I probably owe them my first born child now.

So I'm gonna keep this one short n' sweet. I've got lots of work to do finishing up some lyrics for something called Attack Of The Killer Bees and a sexy power ballad by the name of She Thinks I'm Gay. As always, have a good one!
