![]() Borat Borat is the story of one man from Kazakhstan who travels to the U.S. & A to learn how to better his own country through American culture. He is making a documentary film for the whole country of Kazakhstan, but along the way he falls in love with Pamela Anderson and turns the focus of his journey to California... in hopes of meeting her. The Good: I'm not going to go into specific parts about this movie, because if you haven't seen it yet, chances are you're going to. I will say that I finally understand why everyone has been running around quoting this movie. It's almost impossible to not say "I like" and "Very nice" after watching Borat. My most favorite part of all, however, is the fact that he's brought "high-fives" back into acceptable use in society. That's something I've been trying to do for years. The DVD has some great deleted scenes and bonuses too. The Bad: Some points of the movie drag on. I wasn't a huge fan of the Dinner Party scene either. Sometimes the jokes were so funny that I would be laughing too hard and missing what was happening next. And that's about it for that. The Verdict: You're going to watch this movie. I don't need to say much more about it because it's all over TV and the Internet. This is a great one for parties, while you pre-drink before going to the bar.
