| ![]() Rocky Balboa The Good: It's always been about the heart. At one point it seemed like Rocky movies were made with a cookie cutter, but you can never deny that the center of the title role was nothing but pure heart. Rocky may be a little older, and definitely upset from losing his wife Adrian, but he still manages to do what he feels is right. Huge Rocky fans get excited when they see Spider Rico, and when they hear "Take You Back". At one point it felt like Rocky was gonna fly now with Marie (I'm gonna use a bad word... whore) and I was very happy that they didn't go beyond just friendship. The Bad: The fight was pretty good, but when it started I felt like I wasn't watching a movie anymore and that I was actually watching a boxing pay-per-view. This was because of the use of super-imposed graphics that you would normally see on any of today's sports shows. The Verdict: Gotta say, I'm really happy with the way the Rocky series is ending. I mean, I even love Rocky V and thought it was a fitting, full-circle ending. But the end scene of Rocky being cheered by the crowd even after losing the fight completely sums up and represents what the entire Rocky series was about from the beginning.
