History: General Plunger is a military leader from Iceland who accidently got sucked into his toilet one afternoon while trying to unclog a big brown pinched loaf. He drowned a million deaths in the ocean and one day resurfaced with a plunger for a hand. He is one of Ryan's most dangerous foes, because he can breathe underwater and isn't afraid to eat human flesh. He went so far as to kidnap one of the Three Boobied Sisters, but Ryan saved her and lopped off his head with a big friggin' sword. He's come back from the dead before, and may do so again.
Fun Fact:: The General is one of those things that happens when you let Ryan drink too much coffee in one afternoon. The character's design was based on a quick sketch Ryan did of his father and just altered it slightly. As for the plunger, well, even Ryan can't explain where that one came from.
