Can't Hang Up On You
Written by Ryan Matthew
You can call in the morning
You can call in the night
You can pick up your receiver
In the afternoon delight
Dial eight hundred
Touch tones with your finger tips
Star sixty-niner
Lick your wet red lips
No matter; I have no desire
To hear that dial tone
And I can't hang up on you
If I don't pick up the phone

The machine is set up
For very few ringy-dingies
The rotary club comes calling
To sell me lots of thingies
Charities and donations
When they don't even know my name
I'd send them a big "Fax You"
But that's kinda lame
My one simple wish
Is to just be left alone
And I can't hang up on you
If I don't pick up the phone
