![]() Steve Medeiros Where to start...well, the great Steve Perry once told me that I was just a "small town girl, living in a lonely world" and that I shouldn't ever "stop believing". I personally think of myself as a small town boy who enjoys photography, mountain biking, travel, and the standards: music and movies (preferably indy, the more subtitles the better). I also love a good book, and sitting around with friends enjoying a good brew, be it coffee or beer. 2. Why did you join the Ryan Fan Club? I joined the Ryan Fan Club for two reasons: First, because I fell in love with the dream, and all the things that the Ryan Fan Club stands for. Second, because of the immortal words of Mr T. Mr T taught me at a young age that I should strive to be somebody, or else suffer the tragic fate of being somebodies 'foo'. Seeing how I didn't have a clue what a 'foo' was, the possibility of becoming one scared the hell out of me. From that point on I was determined to be somebody, and joining the Ryan Fan Club and being able to access the great lessons and advice that Ryan has to give, has brought me that much closer to becoming a somebody, and for that Ryan I thank you. 3. Why do you love Ryan with all your heart? I'd have to say it is his uncanny resemblance to TV's Uncle Jesse (Full House) that initially set my heart's flames a flutter. His great hair, rock n roll life style/attitude, and his Sammy Davis Jr impersonation has kept those flames burning for the five or so years since we'd first met. 4. Why should other people like you join? For the reward miles, and the free hot dog at fan appreciation day. 5. If you could spend a whole day with Ryan what would you do? The day would have to start with a greasy breakfast, followed by a walk downtown looking at records and girls. Then countless hours of drinking (in moderation) on a patio, and beating each other senseless every time a punch buggy drives by. Later on there would be more drinking (also in moderation, and indoors this time) along with either a spirited game of pool or darts. The evening would have to end with a walk to either Burger King or Pita Pit for a post bar snack, with us trying to push James into piles of garbage along Princess St.
